Our site also provides information about the basics of depression, suicide and related topics. Common information gathered from reknowned organizations like the CDC, HHS, WHO and the AFSP. We feel it is important for everyone to be informed, to know what to look for and how to help. Similar to the mission of Susan Komen with her Pink ribbon and Lance Armstrong with his Yellow bracelet for cancer, the NOBLU Eclipse is our symbol of strength and courage.

Steve Krupnik is the founder of NOBLU.org. His mission is to raise awareness for suicide prevention and promote social responsibility. His primary focus is teen suicide prevention. Steve believes the best way to impact change is for each of us to visually demonstrate our commitment to make a difference in the life of another. Bullying, financial pressure and other social hurdles often make life seem difficult. Steve mission is to make each of us proactive, not reactive in our social obligations to one another.
The driving force for the creation of NOBLU is the impact from the loss of several close friends to suicide. During the development stages of NOBLU.org Steve tragically lost a fifth friend to suicide. This devasting event was the defining moment which served as the final inspiration to launch his organization.
To make NOBLU a reality, Steve left a successful career in technology sales, sacrificing his time and personal finances to promote and build this organization. His passion for raising awareness, promoting social responsibility and suicide prevention is his ongoing mission in self-healing.
Steve is a proud member of NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness), S.A.V.E (Suicide Awareness Voices of Education) and actively supports the AFSP (American Foundation for Suicide Prevention). He also supports other great organizations like the USO, Boys and Girls Clubs of America and Honor Flights for our WWII Vets.
